Why we use itWe use what you send us for one purpose: to answer your inquiry — to quote, to send specifications, certificates or a catalogue, to arrange samples, and to follow up on that inquiry. Who sees itInquiries are stored in this website’s own database (on our Hostinger hosting) and are also emailed to our sales inbox. They are not publicly visible and can only be read by our sales staff after logging in.
We keep inquiry records for as long as the commercial relationship or follow-up is live, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by accounting or export-documentation law. After that they are deleted.
