French-brand IFANNova 603 & 604 compression fittings — sockets, reducing sockets, male/female threaded transitions, elbows, male/female elbows, tees, reducing tees, male/female tees, plugs and equal valves, roughly 260 SKUs across 20–110 mm — engineered in our own facility to mate with our PN16 HDPE pipe marked to DIN 8077/8078 (per our catalogue). Tool-light mechanical jointing — no fusion machine, no power, no certified welder.
One missing reducer size and the order walks to a competitor. The 603 and 604 compression series are built to stock complete — the full fitting family, each type running the full 20–110 mm envelope of our HDPE pipe programme, ordered by type and size from a single matrix. Tool-light mechanical joints for the field, matched to our own PN16 pipe from one factory.

A distributor’s HDPE shelf is only as good as its weakest gap — one missing reducer size and the order walks. The 603 (1603) and 604 (1604) compression series are built to stock complete: the full fitting family, each type running the full 20–110 mm envelope of our HDPE pipe programme, roughly 260 SKUs across the two series ordered by type and size from a single matrix.
Straight compression sockets and reduce sockets that step between diameters — main to branch.
Male and female sockets, elbows and tees from HDPE pipe to metal valves, pumps and meters.
Elbows plus equal and reduce tees for direction changes and irrigation branch take-offs.
Plugs for line termination and future extension, and equal in-line compression valves.

All fittings mate with HDPE pipe from 20×2.3 mm to 110×10 mm wall series, PN16, dimensioned to our pipe marked “GERMANY STANDARD DIN 8077/8078” (per our catalogue).
The 604 range covers the heavier municipal and irrigation sizes. Same PP body and EPDM sealing principle as 603, so one supplier covers your whole compression scope.

HDPE lines are jointed one of two ways — mechanical compression, or heat-fusion welding — and specifying the wrong one is what costs you rework. Compression is the field method: mechanical, demountable, tool-light, and it is exactly what our 603 and 604 series deliver. Heat-fusion is the permanence method: welded, monolithic, machine-dependent. Here is the honest comparison so you can specify with confidence.
| Criterion | Compression (603 & 604) | Heat-Fusion welding |
|---|---|---|
| Tools on site | Pipe cutter + wrench; no power needed | Fusion machine + power + trained operator |
| Installation speed | Minutes per joint, any weather | Heating / cooling cycles per joint |
| Demountable | Yes — reusable, repositionable | No — permanent weld |
| Skill requirement | Low; trainable in one toolbox talk | Certified fusion technician |
| Typical size sweet spot | 20–110 mm laterals, service lines | Larger mains, long continuous runs |
| Best for | Irrigation laterals, repairs, metal transitions, remote sites | Buried municipal mains, monolithic networks |
| Pressure system | PN16, matched to our pipe | PN16, matched to our pipe |
Rule of thumb: field lines, repairs and anything a crew installs without electricity → 603 / 604 compression; permanent buried mains where a fusion crew is already on site → heat-fusion welding. Both jointing families run to PN16, matched to our own pipe.
This is the joint your least-experienced crew member can get right. No electricity, no fusion machine, no certified welder — a pipe cutter and a wrench.
Cut the HDPE pipe square with a pipe cutter; a skewed cut is the number-one cause of seep at the O-ring.
Bevel the outside edge so the pipe slides past the seal without rolling or nicking it.
Mark the full socket depth on the pipe — joints leak when pipe is inserted “almost” far enough.
Back the compression nut off a few turns, leaving ring and O-ring seated in the body.
Insert with a firm twist-push until your depth mark meets the nut.
Tighten by hand, then a controlled final turn with a wrench. The joint is immediately pressure-ready — and can be demounted and remade later.
A compression joint seals against the pipe’s actual outside diameter and wall. When pipe and fitting come from two factories, tolerance stacking is your problem; when they come from one, it’s ours. IFANNova 603 and 604 fittings are produced in the same facility, on our own 10,000-mould programme, dimensioned against our own PN16 pipe wall series (20×2.3 → 110×10 mm; pipe marked DIN 8077/8078 per our catalogue) — and shipped together, pipe plus every fitting, in one container with one document set.

IFANNova is a French brand built on European-standard quality, manufactured in our own facility. The HDPE programme behind the 603 & 604 series is backed by a certification portfolio led by German SKZ — among the most demanding polymer-pipe marks — alongside CE, WRAS, DVGW, ISO 9001 / 14001 and SGS. For irrigation tenders and municipal supply where the consultant checks paperwork before price, this is the portfolio that clears the technical gate.
| Certification | Recognized for |
|---|---|
| German SKZ | One of the strictest polymer-pipe standards |
| CE | European conformity |
| WRAS | Potable-water contact approval |
| DVGW | German gas & water standard |
| ISO 9001 / 14001 | Quality & environmental management |
| SGS | Independent inspection |

Every 603 & 604 fitting type across 20–110 mm, matched to our pipe marked “GERMANY STANDARD DIN 8077/8078” (per our catalogue), plus the compression-vs-fusion selection guide, the illustrated 6-step install reference and an MOQ & FOB quick-sheet — everything to quote a compression-fitting order by SKU.
For the importer & distributor — the full fitting family — socket, reduce socket, male/female socket, elbow, male/female elbow, tee, reduce tee, male/female tee, plug and equal valve — each across 20–110 mm, roughly 260 SKUs across the two matched series (603 = 1603, 604 = 1604), matched to our PN16 pipe (20×2.3 → 110×10 mm; pipe marked DIN 8077/8078 per our catalogue). Order by type and size from one matrix.
For the installation contractor — no. A pipe cutter and a wrench: cut square, chamfer, mark depth, insert past the O-ring, hand-tighten, wrench-finish. No fusion machine, no electricity, no certification — and the joint is demountable and reusable, so a mis-set fitting is a re-do, not a rework excavation.
For the municipal & irrigation buyer — yes, within their design envelope: our 603 and 604 fittings are rated with the PN16 system and dimensioned against our own pipe wall series, so grip ring and seal engage the pipe they were engineered for. For permanent buried mains many projects specify heat-fusion welding; for laterals, take-offs and serviceable points, compression is the specified choice.
For the importer & project buyer — yes — pipe and 603 / 604 fittings ship from the same facility in one container with one document set. You order from a type × size matrix (PDF on request), so a first stocking order or a project bill of quantities maps line-by-line to SKUs without cross-brand guesswork.
