La Solution Réseau

HDPE for networks that stay buried for decades.

HDPE is the material of choice wherever water pipe goes underground and has to last. IFANNova supplies HDPE pipe up to Φ110 and the complete 603/604 compression fitting family to water utilities, municipalities, irrigation projects, contractors and distributors — project, wholesale and private-label only. Every network section is specified correctly the first time, then produced as one matched system so nothing fails at the joint.

  • PN16 pipe marked to DIN 8077/8078 (per our catalogue) — chart it line-by-line against a tender’s technical schedule.
  • Weld-free compression jointing — 603 and 604 series, Φ20–Φ110, from one factory.
  • Where we stop: no DN150–DN400 mains, no electrofusion or butt-fusion fittings, no welding equipment or on-site welding service.

What keeps buyers up at night

Three fears that decide every water & irrigation tender.

When pipe goes underground on a public network, “good quality” is not an argument a procurement team can put in a bid. What actually decides the tender — and what actually goes wrong — comes down to three fears. We built this program to remove each one on paper, before you commit.

01

“We get disqualified”

The pipe won’t match the tender’s technical schedule. Removed: HDPE marked to DIN 8077/8078 (per our catalogue), rated PN16 at Φ20–Φ110, with a size & pressure chart and a tender-ready certification pack you attach to the bid — plus a straight answer on the diameters we do not make.

02

“Will it actually last?”

It is buried for decades where re-excavation is ruinous. Removed: engineered for a 50+ year buried service life from 100% high-grade material, corrosion-free in soil, with mechanical compression joints that stay demountable for maintenance.

03

“They’ll run out mid-delivery”

A stockout blows the whole schedule. Removed: a 120,000 m² own facility, 1000+ employees and 118+ countries served — built for large-project volumes and staged delivery. Monthly capacity per project: Coming soon.

Specified, not just promised

PN16 at Φ20–Φ110, marked to DIN 8077/8078.

For a water or irrigation network, the specification has to survive a consultant’s review and a tender’s technical schedule. IFANNova HDPE pipe is marked “GERMANY STANDARD DIN 8077/8078” (per our catalogue) and produced in PN16 from Φ20 × 2.3 to Φ110 × 10.0, from 100% high-grade material. Note the marking honestly: DIN 8077/8078 is the polypropylene standard pair — the polyethylene equivalents are DIN 8074/8075. We report what is printed on the pipe and make no conformity claim from it.

There is one jointing method, and it is worth reading in full before you mobilise the site: mechanical compression, using the 603 and 604 series. We do not manufacture electrofusion or butt-fusion fittings, do not supply welding equipment, and do not offer on-site welding. No power in the field, no fusion machine, instant pressure test, and a joint you can take apart during maintenance — pipe and every fitting manufactured as one matched system.

Application selection

From the distribution branch to the last irrigation run.

For water utilities, HDPE carries distribution branches and service connections corrosion-free, with WRAS-recognised potable-contact standards. For irrigation, its flexibility and corrosion resistance suit long field runs, gravity and pumped systems, and easy branch connections. Everything below sits inside our Φ20–Φ110 range at PN16 — the transmission mains that feed it are somebody else’s supply, and we would rather say so at the enquiry than at the delivery.

Capacity you can bid on

Built for large networks — so you never explain a stockout.

The fastest way to lose a project is to run out of pipe halfway through. As the direct manufacturer, production planning, quality traceability and export documentation are handled in-house — not passed through a trader who can’t see the factory floor.

The certifications your tender needs

Compliance proven on paper, not promised in a meeting.

For a water-supply or irrigation tender, certification is the paperwork your consultant and the awarding authority must see before approval. IFANNova is a French brand built on European-standard quality, manufactured in our own facility, backed by a portfolio led by German SKZ — one of the industry’s most demanding polymer-pipe standards.

Questions

HDPE for water & irrigation — answered.

For the water utility — no. Our ceiling is Φ110 mm. DN200–DN400 transmission mains are outside our range, we do not produce DN150 and above, and we will not subcontract them. What we cover is sub-distribution, service connections and farm networks — and we say it before the tender cycle rather than after.

For the municipal & irrigation buyer — for the diameters we cover, yes. Our HDPE pipe is rated PN16, runs Φ20–Φ110 and is marked “GERMANY STANDARD DIN 8077/8078” (per our catalogue), so you can match it line-by-line against a tender’s technical schedule before committing. Check the diameter schedule first — if it calls for DN150 and above, we are out on that line. We supply the pressure/size chart and a tender-ready certification pack you attach to the bid to avoid disqualification.

For the municipal & project buyer — our HDPE pipe is designed for a 50+ year buried service life from 100% high-grade material. Polyethylene does not corrode in soil, which is why utilities and irrigation projects specify HDPE over legacy materials for buried runs — where re-excavating to replace pipe is prohibitively expensive. Our joints are mechanical compression, so they stay demountable when maintenance does come.

For the municipal & project buyer — we manufacture in our own 120,000 m² facility with 1000+ employees, serving 118+ countries — built to sustain large project volumes and a staged delivery schedule. Exact monthly capacity and lead time: Coming soon, confirmed per project against your quantities and destination.

For the contractor & irrigation buyer — no — and no welding equipment or on-site welding service either. We manufacture mechanical compression fittings only: the 603 series (136 items) and the 604 series (123 items), Φ20–Φ110. On a buried irrigation line that means installation with no power in the field and no fusion machine, an immediate pressure test, and a joint you can take apart for maintenance. If the specification explicitly mandates fused joints, that line is outside our scope — raise it in the first enquiry.

For the distributor & project buyer — yes — we are a direct HDPE manufacturer with our own facility, exporting to 118+ countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the GCC and French-speaking Africa. Buying from the factory means traceable material, matched pipe-and-fitting systems, and export documentation handled in-house — no middleman markup or mismatch.

For the municipal buyer & consultant — yes — our HDPE program carries WRAS potable-water contact approval alongside German SKZ, CE, DVGW, ISO 9001/14001, SGS and Bureau Veritas. Certificate numbers, validity and product coverage: Coming soon, issued per certificate with your tender pack on request.
