A real factory owns its process end to end. IFANNova runs extrusion lines that draw PPR, HDPE, UPVC/CPVC and PVC pipe from 100% high-grade material, injection-moulding lines that form the matching fittings — backed by 10,000 moulds so we tool our own parts rather than buy them in — and automated production lines for consistent output at volume. Owning both pipe and fitting production in one plant is why our systems match as one set, and why we hold quality across a large order instead of blending in bought-in stock.
Quality you can put in a tender file has to be tested, not asserted. IFANNova runs an in-house laboratory that checks every relevant property before product leaves the plant: pressure/burst testing to prove pipes hold their PN rating, temperature testing to confirm hot-water and thermal performance (PPR PN20 hot & cold; UPVC/CPVC to 95–120°C (CPVC grade, per our catalogue)), and material testing to verify the resin is 100% high-grade. Because the lab is ours, a consultant or project engineer can ask to witness a test during a factory tour — the fastest way to separate a genuine manufacturer from a trading company.
